In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price (a "palpable error"), dh888 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes. Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC). dh888 will endeavour to settle markets within two hours of the conclusion of an event. In cases of dispute, dh888's decision is final subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 15.
If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or materially interrupted before completion, dh888 will apply the following rules: bets on the outright result will be voided and stakes returned; bets on markets that were fully determined before abandonment (e.g., "First Innings Score Over/Under" where the first innings was completed) will stand. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. dh888 will notify the account holder by email before applying a monthly inactivity fee of PKR 200 (or the remaining balance if lower) to cover administrative costs. No inactivity fee will be charged once the account balance reaches zero. Reactivation is possible by logging in at any time.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the dh888 platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of dh888 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
